The Purpose of the
Boardwalk Chapel
To proclaim the
unchanging gospel of Jesus Christ and to train and disciple the 15-20 volunteer
staff.
A Brief History
Since the Summer of 1945 the
Chapel has
been proclaiming the gospel o thousands passing by on the Boardwalk.
Qualifications for staff
High school seniors and older
who are members
of an evangelical Bible believing church
may apply for one of the
volunteer positions.
Staff Training
At the beginning of every
summer, seminars and workshops
are conducted in the areas of
evangelism,
discipleship and apologetics.
Summer
- Ministers
From May-September volunteer
staff, guest ministers,
summer assistants, music groups and
youth groups will participate.
Statement of
Faith
We believe that
the Westminster
Confession of Faith best summarizes
the teachings of Scripture
revealed in the
Old and New Testaments.
